THE MISSION
We are seeking an elite Software Developer and Machine Learning Expert to spearhead the development of our next-generation Drone Vision and Threat Determination modules. This role requires a hybrid engineering skillset, bridging the gap between high-performance embedded logic and tactical mobile command interfaces. You will architect standalone AI solutions that operate completely offline — "air-gapped" from the cloud — to ensure zero latency and maximum security during active operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Edge-Native ML Development: Design and deploy Computer Vision (CV) algorithms for real-time object detection, tracking, and classification on edge devices without cloud dependency.
• Dual-Stack Engineering: Write high-efficiency, memory-safe code in C++ and Swift for core processing logic and integrate seamlessly with mobile and server-side platforms.
• Drone Vision Integration: Develop proprietary vision stacks for autonomous UAVs, focusing on navigation in GPS-denied environments and automated target determination.
• Optimization: Optimize neural networks for deployment on mobile and embedded hardware (NPU/GPU acceleration) to ensure high operational endurance and low power consumption.
• Security & Sovereignty: Ensure all ML modules are strictly standalone, maintaining absolute data privacy and preventing signal leakage.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Core Languages: Expert proficiency in C++ and Swift, covering development for both mobile platforms and server-side infrastructure.
• Machine Learning: Deep understanding of CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or CoreML.
• Computer Vision: Proven experience with OpenCV and custom vision pipelines (SLAM, Optical Flow, Object Segmentation).
• Educational Background: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics (embedded systems oriented), or a related field (or equivalent military technical experience).
• Sector Experience: Previous work in Defense, Aerospace, or high-risk trading systems is highly desirable.
